Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to try HostPulse risk-free before paying. That is why we offer 7 free days and, in return, payments are non-refundable.

Free trial

Nothing is charged during the 7-day trial. If you cancel before it ends, you will not pay. We recommend checking your trial end date in Settings → Subscription.

Non-refundable payments

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, all charges are final and non-refundable. This includes the first charge when the trial ends, partial months, unused periods and accounts suspended for breaching the Terms.

We do not offer refunds or credits for not using the Service, for forgetting to cancel or for changes on Airbnb or other platforms.

Cancellation

You can cancel whenever you want from Settings → Subscription, without penalty. You will keep access until the end of the paid period and no further charges will be made. You can resume before that date without losing your data.

Duplicate charges or errors

If you detect a duplicate charge or a billing error attributable to us, write to us within 30 days at soporte@tu-dominio.com or through Support and we will correct it.
